Crimson Curves — Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At Crimson Curves, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we make returns and exchanges simple.
1. Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligibility — what we accept
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

For intimate wear (lingerie, shapewear, underwear), the hygienic liner/seal must be unbroken. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns otherwise.

You’ll also need your order number or invoice as proof of purchase.
Please note: Bottoms are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene protocols.
3. How to request a return or exchange

Simply log in to your Crimson Curves account → go to the Orders section → select the item → and click Return/Exchange.

If the request is raised within 7 days of delivery, it will be processed at no extra cost to you.

Once the request is submitted, our team will review it and initiate the process with our courier partner.

You’ll receive status updates via email.
⚠️ Items sent back without initiating the process through your account will not be accepted.
4. Return shipping & pickup

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup directly from your address.

No return shipping charges will apply if the request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Crimson Curves will manage the logistics on your behalf — customers do not need to ship items themselves.

Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging before pickup.
5. Damages, wrong items or quality issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at 📧 support@crimsoncurves.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-returnable items
For safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Bottom wear products (due to hygiene restrictions).

Intimate items without hygienic seals.

Items marked Final Sale at checkout.

Gift cards and promotional giveaways.

Used, washed, or altered items.
7. Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to request an exchange from your account. Once the return is picked up and inspected, your replacement order will be shipped.
8. Refunds — timeline & method

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Banks and card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at 📧 support@crimsoncurves.com.
9. Our rights
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions or to limit privileges if misuse of the policy is detected.
